1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday , excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (local time) will be processed the following business day.
You will receive an WhatsApp confirmation message when your order is placed and another when it has shipped, including tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-4 business days (Domestic).
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days (Domestic).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, size, and weight of your order.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over 5000/-.
4. Tracking Your Order
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp.
You can track your order via the shipping carrier’s website using the tracking number.

5. Missing or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item or if something is missing from your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 2 days from the date of purchase for most products, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items: such as Ink Cartridge.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item back.
3. Return Shipping Costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
